Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If you receive IDAHOUND products that are damaged or defective, call us within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product and you may be eligible for a refund or order replacement. To accurately determine whether a product is damaged or defective we require photographic evidence. We do not offer a refund for products that your pets choose not to eat, for any reason.

We have no obligation to provide refunds or replacements, but may grant them in certain circumstances, such as to correct any errors made by us.
